Direct psychiatric care, run like an operation.
A veteran-owned telehealth psychiatry practice for adults who need a clear head — and a provider who returns messages.

I built this practice because I was tired of watching capable men get filtered out of the mental-health system. Long waitlists. Generic plans. Soft-coded conversations.
Embrace Psychiatry runs differently: short waits, direct talk, evidence-anchored medicine, and a provider who actually returns messages.
I work with high-performers who can't afford to coast — military, first responders, founders, operators, and anyone whose performance depends on a clear head. ADHD is a primary focus. Anxiety, depression, and sleep are the constant companions.
Five rules.
1. Short waits.
If we can't see you within a week, we'll tell you. We don't pretend to be available when we aren't.
2. Real assessment.
A 60-minute intake means a 60-minute intake. We screen for what gets missed — sleep apnea, ADHD comorbidity, substance use, thyroid disease, prior medication trials.
3. Evidence-anchored medicine.
APA, VA-DoD, and CANMAT clinical practice guidelines. Off-label prescribing only when justified by the evidence. We say "I don't know" out loud when it applies.
4. Direct messaging.
You message the provider, not a portal black box. Reasonable response times. Clear scope — non-urgent clinical questions, refills, side effects.
5. No upsells.
No supplement line, no proprietary genetic test, no $5,000 packages. Self-pay visit, prescription if indicated, follow-up. That's the model.
