Scope
This policy describes how Embrace Psychiatry ("we," "us," "our"), a trade name of Legion Medical, LLC, collects and handles information through embracepsychiatry.com. It does not describe how protected health information (PHI) is handled in the course of clinical care — that is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

- Information you provide: email addresses and messages you send through contact forms or email links.
- Automatically collected: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) and aggregate analytics.
- Booking: our online booking link directs to a HIPAA-compliant third-party scheduling platform (Optimantra). Information you enter there is governed by their privacy practices.
How we use information
To respond to inquiries, schedule care, comply with law, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

This site uses minimal first-party cookies and may use privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
