How do you approach medications for ADHD and anxiety?
Evidence-based, FDA-approved options when clinically indicated and after proper assessment. We follow all applicable telehealth prescribing rules, run prescription monitoring program checks where required, and document carefully. We do not write on first contact without justification.
Do you take insurance?
Self-pay only. We provide itemized superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I get same-week appointments?
Most new patients are seen within 7 days. Established patients usually within 48 hours.
What if I'm in crisis?
Call or text 988, or go to the nearest ER. Embrace Psychiatry is not an emergency service.
Are you a veteran-friendly practice?
Founded and run by an Army Reserve officer. We understand the culture, the pace, and the specific things that don't get talked about.
Do you treat couples or do therapy?
No. We are a medication-management psychiatric practice. We refer to therapists and coordinate care when therapy is part of the plan.
Do you see patients under 18?
No. Adults only (18+).
What states are you licensed in?
Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah. You must be physically present in one of these states at the time of your visit.
