Not for emergencies
Embrace Psychiatry does not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Scope of practice
Embrace Psychiatry treats adults (18+) located in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah at the time of each visit. We do not provide care across state lines outside this list.
Payment and cancellation
Self-pay only. A card on file is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be billed at the full visit fee.
Third-party services
We use third-party platforms for scheduling, video visits, and electronic prescribing. Each has its own terms, which you accept by using those services.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Medical, LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Clinical liability is governed by separate clinical agreements and applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
