Oregon permits telehealth psychiatric care across the entire state. The patient must be physically located in Oregon at the time of each visit.
Controlled substances and ADHD medications
ADHD stimulants and other Schedule II–V medications can be prescribed via telehealth to Oregon-located patients under the current DEA telemedicine flexibility (in effect through Dec 31, 2025). Oregon Prescription Drug Monitoring Program is checked on every controlled prescription.
